Previous to Engauge, he spent eight years at KnoweldgeStorm (acquired by TechTarget - NASDAQ: TTGT in November 2007) focused on helping business technology companies generate leads for their sales teams. Recently completing his sixth year on the board of directors of Atlanta Interactive Marketing Assocaition (AiMA), Koufman now serves on the board of directors of the American Marketing Association - Atlanta chapter. For fun Koufman hosts an Internet radio music show each Tuesday night and in April 2010 he and his wife welcomed their first and last children - a girl and a boy.

"Dare mighty things!" from the quote:
"Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure, than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy much nor suffer much because they live in the gray twilight that knows neither victory nor defeat."
